This is a pretty special one. Designed to honor my Māori heritage and to reflect the colourful nature of Aotearoa and its people. These were hand drawn by myself as a fun way to highlight and bring our Māori culture into my boys rooms in a playful way.

Tiki has many interpretations throughout Māoridom. One refers to Tiki as being the first man created that came from the stars.

Hei-Tiki is an image carved in human likeness that is worn around the neck. They are of spiritual significance, a Taonga (treasure) to Māori and are often passed from one generation to the next as a symbol of protection and goodluck.

Our whānau believe the Hei tiki serves as a reflection of human creation and the protection of our tamariki. 

All our fabric has been pre-washed to account for any shrinkage. However we have allowed for 1-3% incase they do manage to shrink a little over time. Each design has been rotary printed to ensure durability and longevity of colour. As a result each sheet is unique and may vary ever so slightly in colour or print. Please keep in mind that slight fading over washes is normal due to the depth of colour.
